We are looking for freelancers (m/f/d) for phone work: electricity and gas offers and appointment scheduling. You work self-employed from your phone, live in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom and receive 10 € per closed contract.

You phone customers about electricity and gas offers and set appointments. The offers are already calculated when you call. After the conversation, you send them with an e-mail template and one click.
Insurance is not part of this work.

What you bring
- You live in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
- A smartphone
- Confident German, spoken and written, because you talk to customers in Germany
- Stable internet
- A quiet environment for calls
- At least 18 years old
- You work self-employed and are yourself responsible for registration, taxes and insurance in your country of residence.
05Earnings
10 € per closed contract
You receive 10 € per closed contract. Payment is made once the customer's 14-day withdrawal period has expired without withdrawal. How much you earn depends on how many contracts you close.

Am I employed by Praedurion?
No. You decide when, where and how much you work – between 8 and 20 German time – and you may also work for other clients. You work self-employed and are yourself responsible for registration, taxes and insurance in your country of residence.
How much will I earn?
You receive 10 € per closed contract. Payment is made once the customer's 14-day withdrawal period has expired without withdrawal. How much you earn depends on how many contracts you close. The calculation examples above are not a promise.
When are the 10 € paid out?
As soon as the customer's 14-day withdrawal period has expired without withdrawal. If the contract is withdrawn within the period, there is no remuneration for that contract.
Which countries can I work from?
You live in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. Where you work there is up to you. You need your phone and an internet connection. Work takes place between 8 and 20 German time; please convert this to your local time.
Will I also sell insurance?
No. Insurance is not part of this work, neither advice nor sales. It is about electricity and gas offers and appointment scheduling.
Do I need experience?
Experience in customer service or telephone sales helps. Just state in the form what you bring. Before you start, there are two days of training.
What happens to my application?
Your details and an optional CV are sent by e-mail to info@praedurion.com and used only for your application. We delete them no later than 6 months after the process ends.
